Summer movies extra credit

The summer movie season is nearly here and that means big money for the movie industry. Summer movie schedules are out examining the top movies and their release dates for 2016. For extra credit, check a list of the movies coming out this summer and tell me which movie you think will make the most money and why. Pick the three movies that you think will make the most money this summer and explain why you chose those movies. Write a few paragraphs on this and put it in your journal for extra credit.

Extra Credit--Jackie Robinson documentary

Documentary filmmaker Ken Burns' new film on Jackie Robinson debuts tonight (April 11) on PBS and finishes on Tuesday night. Watch the two-part documentary for extra credit and write a few paragraphs about what you learned about Jackie Robinson. In addition, you are welcome to watch the movie "42" based on Robinson's life and writing a few paragraphs about what you thought of the movie. Put this extra credit in your journal.
